Please make sure each file sent has all text is converted to outlines, curves or paths to avoid any missing or substituted font issues. If not converted, then please include them with your artwork files.
Files should be saved in CMYK color mode or PMS colors that can be converted to their CMYK equivalents. We recommend sending files in their original layered format and that all linked/placed images be embedded in the document or sent with the file separately.

This is determined by the final output size of the image or item. Files
too small will appear jagged or "pixilated" and files too large will take longer to process.
Size is measured by the number of Pixels Per Inch (ppi) or
Dots Per Inch (dpi). File resolution should be based off the intended viewing distance of the image or item. (see table below)

The resolution can vary, but usually 72dpi is used instead of the 240 to 400 used for a magazine. Files should be set-up at 720dpi and 10% of the finished size.
Example, 48" x 96" graphic at 10% would be 4.8" x 9.6" with a resolution of 720dpi. When enlarged by 1000%, the resolution becomes 72dpi.
